Privacy policy

This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) complies with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-3 “On Personal Data Protection” dated 07.05.2021 with respect to all information that Beetrail can receive about the User while using the www.beetrail-group.com website.

1. General terms

1.1. This Privacy Policy describes how "beetrail-group.com" uses and stores personal data from the customers visiting www.beetrail-group.com (hereinafter referred to as the Site).
1.2. The use of the Site by the customer and the provision of personal information to the “beetrail-group.com” Internet resource through the Site means acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the customer's personal data, as well as consent to the transfer, use and disclosure of his/her personal data in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1.3. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the customer must stop using the Site.
1.4. This Privacy Policy applies only to personal information collected through this Site. Private information is information that allows, when used alone or in combination with other information available on the Internet, to identify the customer's personal data.
1.5. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site. The Site does not intentionally publish links to Internet resources that may damage the customers's computer or infect it with viruses.
1.6. The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the Site User.

2. Subject of the Privacy Policy

2.1. The resource content viewing by the User is anonymous. The Site's servers may collect information about the type of browser, computer and operating system, as well as the IP address, for statistical purposes.
2.2. The data that is collected and stored are:
2.2.1. Personal data, as well as any other information permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy, which customers knowingly and voluntarily provide by filling out a registration form or taking other actions on the Site:
• name, surname;
• email address;
• contact number;
• information regarding the future development project that the customer wants to order.
Information is collected for the purpose of accepting, processing and performing the service; providing customer feedback, providing customer support, including sending notifications and requests regarding the use of the Site.  
2.2.2. Cookies data. These are small text files that store information about the customer's actions on the resource after visiting the Site. These files do not affect the computer's operating system.
For what purpose cookies are collected: The Internt resource uses this information to maintain statistics about users and their requests. These studies help the Internet resource analyze, evaluate, improve its performance, improve the quality of products and services, and improve communication mechanisms with customers. The customer can delete cookies after visiting the Site. However, in this case, the Internet resource “beetrail-group.com” is not responsible for the poor quality of the resource.
2.2.3. Browser information is data that the browser automatically sends to the server, for example, the IP address, the history of recent visits, the name of the operating system, the name and version of the program through which the client accesses the Internet, the date and time the user visited the site. You can prevent the browser from transmitting such information by changing the settings.
For what purpose it is collected: the Internet resource keeps statistics of visits for the functioning of its servers and accounting for its own traffic. In this case, the collected statistical information is not associated with specific users and is processed only in the form of generalized statistics. In accordance with the user identifier, the customer's IP address and the time of access to the system are stored in the database in order to prevent fraud.
2.2.4. Information from third parties is personal data that partners, suppliers or other third parties provide to the Internet resource.
For what purpose it is collected: to fulfill the Internet resource's obligations to process and provide services to the customer, process and receive payments, or notify the customer about the status of his/her order.
2.4. Any other personal data not specified above (browsers and operating systems used, etc.) are subject to safe storage and non-disclosure, except as provided for in paragraphs 3.1., 3.2. and 3.3 of this Privacy Policy.

3. Protecting users' personal information

3.1. The Internet resource “beetrail-group.com” never, under any circumstances, provides third parties with personal information about its customers, except as prescribed by the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-Z “On the Personal Data Protection” dated 7 May 2021, or when the customer voluntarily agrees to the transfer of information.
3.2. The Internet resource has the right to use other companies and individuals to perform certain types of work, for example: delivering e-mail messages, removing duplicate information from customers lists, analyzing data, providing marketing services. These legal entities/individuals have access to users' personal information only when it is necessary to perform their functions. This information cannot be used by them for other purposes.
3.3. The customer's personal data may be transferred to the authorized public authorities of the Republic of Belarus only on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
3.4. The Internet resource implements measures to protect customers' personal data in the following areas:
• prevention the leak of information containing personal data through technical communication channels and other means;
• prevention of unauthorized access to information containing personal data, special effects on such information (storage media) in order to obtain or destroy it, or distort and block access to it;
• malware protection;
• detection of intrusions and computer attacks.

4. Personal Information Storage Period

4.1. The Internet resource stores customers' personal information for only as long as it remains necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was originally obtained, or other legitimate purposes, except when a longer period of information storage is required by law or allowed by law.
4.2. If the user withdraws his/her consent to the storage and processing of personal data, he/she should make a request to delete it by writing an email to hello@beetrail-group.com.

5. Consent to the processing of personal data

You hereby give your consent to Beetrail (hereinafter referred to as the Internet resource) to the automated and non-automated processing of your personal data in accordance with the following list:
• the source of access to the website: www.beetrail-group.com (hereinafter referred to as the Internet Resource Site) and search or advertising query information;
• user device data (including resolution, version and other attributes that characterize the user device);
• user clicks, page views, field fillings, displays and views of banners and videos;
• data characterizing audience segments;
• session parameters;
• data on the time of visit;
• user identifier stored in a cookie for the purpose of raising awareness of the Internet resource Site's visitors about products and services, provision of relevant advertising information and advertising optimization.
You also agree to provide the Internet resource with your personal data as a visitor to the Site (www.beetrail-group.com) to agencies with which the Internet resource cooperates. The Internet resource has the right to process your personal data in the following ways: collecting, recording, systematizing, accumulating, storing, updating, modifying, using, transferring (distribution, provision, access). This consent comes into force from the moment you go to the Internet resource Site and is valid for the periods established by the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

6. Changes and additions

6.1. This Privacy Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
6.2. Any changes to the terms or conditions of the Personal Information Policy will be reflected in this document. The Internet resource “beetrail-group.com” reserves the right to amend certain sections of this document at any time without prior notice by posting an updated version of this Privacy Policy on the Site. From the moment it is published, users are subject to the new terms of the Privacy Policy.
